Sr. National Account Coordinator

We are looking for a Sr. National Accounts Coordinator to join our corporate office in Westmont, IL. This position will be a key player in servicing our major national accounts by coordinating all operational tasks for Ty’s largest customers.

How you will help:

· Work daily with Ty Sales and Supply Chain to ensure customer needs are met. This will include managing orders, returns, and communicating issues to internal and external customers.

· Work with National Account Manager to maximize retailer sales and profitability by supporting company strategies.

· Provide high-level customer service to National Account customers as assigned. Return phone calls and emails promptly exhibiting the willingness and expertise to answer questions and problem solve issues as presented.

· Collaborate with multiple departments (e.g., Distribution Center, Retail Merchandising, Procurement, Field Operations, and Sales Management) to ensure that assortment and merchandising are aligned with overall Company strategy and communicated fully.

· Analyze all received orders and make recommendations for necessary adjustments, substitutions, or additions to purchase orders.

· Proactively collaborate with customers on shipping and delivery and propose solutions for problematic issues to the National Account Manager, where appropriate.

· Track monthly orders and provide sales reports.

What you will need:

· Relevant experience managing large National Accounts; ideally with large pharmacy chains.

· The ability to work with individuals at all levels in an organization, internally and externally, with strong communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills

· Excellent customer service skills with working knowledge and ability to update and monitor key customer portals.

· Ability to manage multi-store orders from the point of order entry through inventory fill and delivery requirements.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
